STEM After School Clubs
STEM club runs throughout the year on Thursday Extended Study 3pm-4:15pm. Look out for notices regarding the focus for each half term.
Past STEM club activities have included:
- 3D printing Club - Year 7-10 CAD/CAM Club
- Competition Entries - Including Shell Bright Ideas Challenge, BP Ultimate STEM challenge and Big Bang Competition
- Toot Hill Engineers - Year 8 After School Club
- Year 9 STEM Club - Ran after school in science (info)
- Computer Control Club - Year 8 After School Club: (utilising BBC Micro:Bit)
- Bronze Crest Award - After School Science Club which was run by Dr Mundell

- Year 9 "STEM Superstore" workshops with University of Nottingham a success.

125 pupils had a great day on the year's the final Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths event (23/07/2024) - University of Nottingham - STEM Campus Insight Visit
Year 10 students attended a brilliant event of STEM workshops on "Technology for the future" (04/07/2024) - Year 7 Trip - National Space Centre - Tuesday 23rd July
