University of Nottingham - STEM Campus Insight Visit
Year 10 students were privileged to be invited to a brilliant campus insight visit to The University of Nottingham for a #STEM day about "Technology for the future".
The lectures, tutorials and seminars were based around AI, VR, electron microscopes and science careers.
It was a great day, well received by year 10 students as part of the Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths programme at Toot Hill School.
Thanks so much to the Science outreach team at The University of Nottingham for having us. It was an amazing opportunity for our students to see such incredible technology, research and academic excellence.

10th Jul 2024: A huge well done to Heidi in Year 10. She went to the Dance World Cup in Prague last week and placed 1st in the country and 3rd in the world for contempory dance! She also secured 3rd in the world for acro dance and 6th in the world for acro trio. We are all so proud of her.- 10th Jul 2024: We have done it again! Our incredible PE department have won the Gold School Games Mark for the second year in a row.
