A Level success continues at Toot Hill College
Toot Hill College has yet again seen its students perform to the very highest level at A-Level and BTEC Level 3 this year.
With a cohort of 132 students the college has achieved a 100% pass rate for the fourth year in a row.
Toot Hill College has also seen an increase in the number of students securing an A*, A and B grade. This figure has risen from 62% to 64% and is a testament to the hard work of students. In addition, the vast majority of students have secured a place at a university or employment of their choosing, continuing the College's outstanding track record of providing high student achievement in both A Level and vocational qualifications.
Headline Figures: 100% pass rate, covering both A Level and vocational courses 30% A*- A (A Level) 64% A*- B (A Level) 87% A*- C (A Level)
Joel Tomasevic, Head of College stated:
“The hard work, dedication and commitment of Toot Hill students has yet again been rewarded by these outstanding examination results.
“Each and every grade achieved by students is the result of hours and hours of dedicated study. With the support of the Toot Hill Sixth Form pastoral and teaching team, our students have secured places at universities across the country studying a diverse and exciting range of subjects.
“We also have many students who have secured prestigious apprenticeships and employment in the face of increasing competition in the employment market.
“We wish them the very best and look forward to welcoming them back in the future to hear of their ongoing success.”
