STEM: British Science Week and the launch of @TootHillSTEM

British Science week is underway and Toot Hill is excited to be getting involved.

• On Monday Ms Mistry traveled to London with Grace and Rachel from year 9 to proudly represent Toot Hill in the BP Ultimate STEM Challenge
• Year 7 have had a STEM presentation during tutor time to whet their appetites for future STEM activities
• Tuesday is the day of the first Toot Hill STEM Exhibition where 6 different extra curricular STEM activities will be on show and exhibited by the students themselves. Come along 12:20-1:20pm in DT5.
• Wednesday is the Big Bang Fair Trip where 52 year 9 and 10 students will travel to the Birmingham NEC for the UKs largest STEM even for young people.
• This week is also the official launch of our twitter timeline @TooHillSTEM Follow us for real time updates and news on STEM initiatives at Toot Hill School.

This week will be followed up with STEM initiatives in several year groups so be sure to follow the website and timeline for more information.
